FREE INITIAL SESSION FOR 7 SESSION PACKAGE

The  initial session is free. We believe it’s important to have a good fit between you and our simplicity therapist. This arrangement gives you an opportunity to see if you can make a connection. It gives our therapist an opportunity to see how she can best help you.

THE FEE

The standard fee is 150.00 dollars per hour for therapy sessions. We strongly believe the work is what’s important. You need time and attention.  Paying for psychotherapy, though, is important too. It helps you value the time, the work and yourself. You’re essentially saying, “I’m important and valuable enough to give myself the gift of therapy.” And, it makes it possible for our therapist to be there for you.

SLIDING SCALE

If you cannot afford the fee there are two other hourly rates to choose from – $120/hour or $90/hour.  We rely on your honesty regarding your financial situation to allow you to choose the rate that is most appropriate for you.

THE HOUR

An hour is really fifty-five minutes. It starts on the hour and ends at five minutes to the hour. Please read the cancellation policy as it has a close relationship with the hour.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel for no reason up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel for any reason less than 24 hours before the appointment you are responsible for the time and thus the fee. This is pretty standard practice in the therapeutic and coaching community.

THE CONSULTATIONS

In the 7 sessions you will be guided to explore and share your desired simplicity, discipline, and family goals.  The simplicity conversation option allows you to receive support and guidance on a parenting topic you are currently struggling.
