Simplicity Parenting Care Professional
About: I have a background in trauma and addiction support for adults with childhood sexual and emotional trauma. Many of the folks I work with are parents or preparing to parent. I am BIPOC and welcome BIPOC Clients. I also hold an inclusive lens in terms of neurodiversity. As well, I am a parent and have been a progressive educator, so I can draw from some of those experiences in my practice. I love the clarity of the way Simplicity Parenting lays out building up boundaries developmentally for children and parents. Though my practice is full, I do offer intensives and plan to offer classes/workshops and more writing in 2023-24. Please feel welcome to reach out. I look forward to connecting soon.
