About: I am a mom of three, a lover of nature and all things simple! I am trained as a Social Worker and have always been drawn to service work for populations in need. For the past 20 years working with families, I realized how overwhelming and overstimulating life is for us all, and taking steps to get closer to the essence of life is now my focus. I have founded several grassroots community schools, and am passionate about working with parents to slow down and simplify. I live with my family in the jungles of Costa Rica, where we enjoy hiking, surfing and watching beautiful sunsets.
